Unforuntanately, we can't get too detailed in this due to NDA.... But I
think there's a difference between induced troubleshooting (e.g. we say
there are errors, but it's up to you to find them) and "wrong" questions.
In the troubleshooting part, you'll find that your lab exam/diagrams are
correct, your routers/startup configs may not be. That part has been
explained in NetPro Ask-the-Expert discussions and in Networkers
presentations.
If you are getting questions in the middle of your exam that are wrong,
that's a different story. It also depends on just what "wrong" entails as
well, but things unintended are supposed to be caught during a review
process.
As for the two hours, again, it's hard to say whether he should have figured
it out earlier or not based on what the problem really was (NDA). Hopefully
the folks at Cisco will do the right thing for him (including fixing the
exam if something in unintentionally busted).

Dan,
I am not surprised Tom lost 2hrs of his time, when it comes reachbility its
obvious to think you've done something wrong other wise you will get the
expected results as per the exam requirement.
