Viny,
From the show diag, you're using a generation 2 VIC that's VIC2-4FXO which
supports caller-ID.
For caller-ID to be supported on the older VICs, you would require the
VIC-2FXO-M1 or M2 as the case maybe.
I believe the problem you're having is from the PSTN provider. Confirm if the
PSTN is sending caller-ID.
