When you bring the specific interfaces into the channel group do you do
this first. I have seen weird results if you have any commands on the
physical interface and then you attempt to join , say 3 interfaces into a
channel group. I would default the physical interfaces on both sides of
the connection and first thing go into each physical interface and first
command is to join the group , let ios build the channel interface for you
after this , all subsequent commands apply on the channel interface not on
the physical interfaces ...
