i have a cisco router with ADSL interface , my line is 4 mb and the internet access is fast , however from time to time and sudden of we are facing a slowness for a long time . then after some time it recover , ,,
can some one suggest a troubleshoting commands i can use , and may you suggest the best network monitoring tools , i need to find out are we using the 4 mb or the problem from the ISP line ... case we have a small number of users ..
