We want to prevent packet lost? But TCP needs packet lost.

Unless the entire network path can outrun server and client's
CPU dumping data speed, we will always have packet lost right?

Even if the network path can run faster than the client can
take, when the server CPU runs faster than client CPU, there
will still be a packet lost, every packet arrival takes an
interrupt. Right?

Every time we talk about QOS, someone will come up saying
we want to prevent packet lost so we want to do this and do
that.

How could that make sense? They are just using that to justify
whatever they want to do what every queue they want to make
for the day or for the month.
