1. could be different vtp advertisement methods I mean different version
probably version-2/3 downgrade it to version-1, (I haven't check it yet.)
2. bdguard seems ok. { if this command uses global level + portfast on the
interface)

a-) create a different instance of a routing process, then distribute it on
the main routing process. for example main routing process ospf-1, then
create 2.ospf process as ospf-22, after all redistribute ospf-22 into
ospf-1.
b-) Also summarization can be use (area -range)
