Etherchannel Load Balancing

Hi Group,
   
  Below is the scenario
   
   
  PC1 -------
  PC2 ------- SW1 ----------- Ether channel ---------- SW2 -------------- Server
  PC2 -------
   
  Multiple PC's are connected to SW1 which has a ether channel to SW2, where the server is connected. If the PC's are accessing the server. What is the best load balancing method.
   
  What I think is, it can be either of the two options listed below
   
  if 3550/3560
   
  Option 1
    On SW1 - src-mac
    On SW2 - dst-mac
   
  or
   
  if 3560
  Option 2
   On SW1 - src-ip
   On SW2 - dst-ip
   
  Please correct me if I'm wrong
