Hi Phuc,
Frame-Relay encapsulation have to be identical for the end-end system
communication.
If mismatch encapsulation type is worked on the system, there could be an
mismatch handling mechanism for the IOS. AFAIK, well know documents are
stated on they musn't not work because of the encapsulation-mismatch.
