Whats the best way to verify advertised routes to neighbors

What is the best debug to use, to see what routes are being advertised to
the backbones. I am looking for a quick efficient way to verify that only
what I specify is getting sent out. I wish eigrp/ospf had a show neighbor
advertised routes.
