I have yet to take the lab (but I will very soon), but I look at the first
attempt as a mid-term, like in school. I am preparing as much as I possibly
can to pass the first time, but if I don't, it will be alright. It's the
mid-term to analyze what I am lacking so I can nail it the second time. If I
pass the first time, it will truly be a big, but unexpected win! The first
time will help get rid of the nervousness and jitters of the unknown as
well.
Just my 2 unexperienced cents...
