MST - 802.1w support for faster convergence & Industry standard.

Wouldn't even compare it against PVST anymore... However, I would
compare it against Rapid-PVST.

Rapid-PVST - Perceived as easier to configure than MST, allows for more
spanning-tree instances (64 is normally enough unless all of your VLANs
have a different topology).

Bottom-line, I would say most people in an all Cisco environment go
Rapid-PVST (or PVST). In mixed-vendor, I would do MST.
