I thought about this [mincir is half cir] but I assume that its true
when enabling adaptative shaping, however in my case, adaptative shaping
is disabled. Anyway I ll try this and keep you posted.

Hadek,

When using FRTS, the amount of bandwidth available is defined by mincir
instead of cir. Try adding frame-relay mincir 256000 to your map-class.
