Re: no absolute-timeout in seconds under the line mode

Actually , I want to match 40 seconds only, and from other hand I am confused between the "timeout absolute" command that can be configured under the interface and the absolute-timeout that can be configured under the line mode. why the first one has the seconds option and the other one no!

what is the difference between both of them ? can you give me a scenario to use the "timeout absolute" command?

finally I will really appreciate if you can tell me how can I specify 40 seconds only, I am not able to do it under the line mode :(
