I don't agree, the CCIE is a technology exam and in that the 3560 and 65xx are the almost the same. I think that most of use knows about the 65xx. For my work where i see lots of clients networks most use 65xx in core and distibution and 35xx as access. So for the exam i don't see any value added with a 65xx instead of the 3560.
