Proctor Attack? What about real world Junior Tech attack?
I personally have have had real world problems escalated to me. I begin
troubleshooting only to find things changing on the router as I'm examining
the router(s). I find a few minutes into it that the tech who escalated to
me was still troubleshooting himself and making changes. Yes, it makes it
hard to troubleshoot, BUT this is the real world folks. Is it nice? is it
fair? Who knows...but it is real and it happens in the real world.
Do I want to see it in the lab? No, but it is real world troubleshooting and
I think it's probably fair game...
