I actually think that's one thing the CCIE program could do to become a bit
more legit. The 3560 is a crap product seldom used in an enterprise. There
are a ton of CCIE's that have very little understanding of the chassis,
backplane, SUPs, modules available, and etc. Switching is switching...
Agreed, but how can you be considered a CCIE if you don't have a SOLID
understanding of the product that cisco is putting all of it's R&D into. You
don't see them evolving the 4500 series... They are _just_ switches. The
6500's they want to be able to do everything. (IDS, FWSM, VPN, CMM, and ETC)

Maybe part of the lab should be doing a SUP 720 upgrade going from Catos to
Native IOS :):)
