Use a service like DynDNS to do IP->Hostname Mapping for you and then you
can just create some DNS names i.e. VPN1.YourCompany.Com and
VPN2.YourCompany.Com. Most of the cisco routers now support Dynamic DNS
Registrations so the router can automatically update the online database
anytime you reconnect to the SP and get a new IP Address. All you
effectively need is a domain to register with them. i.e. Yourcompany.org/com
etc and a box that supports the DynDNS registration.
In general without the Static IP problems are more likely, but if you have
no other choice...
