VPN With ADSL ... No fixed IP

Hello

            any idea how can we establish a VPN between two routers using
2811 in the HQ and 1841 in the branch office ..

the lines are ADSL in both sites , one notes that our service provider offer
dynamic ID and not a fixed Ip for the ADSL ,,

So how can we establish a VPN in this case ??
