FYI the review mode problem was fixed. If you see that the
audio and video start to desync email support@internetworkexpert.com
with the specific recording and time index so we can have the adobe
engineers look at the files themselves. Increasing the size of your
flash player cache helps, as does periodically pausing a recording for
10 seconds or so and starting it again.

I think the Adobe software made quite an improvement.
The previous software had a terrible time with fast forward, among other
things.
The Adobe audio is much better and the video looks crisp too.
You can adjust the size of the display if you have a hard time reading
the
command line.
The IE Service Provider material is dreamy to watch in this new format.
