I've been watching the IE CoD's and when I get a class that actually works
properly its very good.
I also have problems from time to time with the CoD as the speech is choppy
and the slides and command line are sometimes not in sync.
I raised two cases and got 2 responses. One gave me a solution, and I tried
it. It didn't work and I re-opened the case. Second email just said they
will be coming out with DVD's and something about not enough bandwidth which
I always have. They however did respond back to me to let me know if I had
further problems and to wish me a good day and luck with the exam :). I
couldn't be bothered responding.
Did you get a solution on how to fix this? Can you please tell me?
I do however recon that the IE CoD's are value for money even when I get
frustrated (and have to put my study schedule back) that some of the videos
are choppy and slides are out of sync with the audio, because I have learnt
a lot. Hopefully they come out with the DVD's soon.
