There are always ways to work in the US :). It will not be easy like
pie eating but millions of people have done it (much easier than CCIE
apparently). The most straight forward way is to get a job and have the
company sponsor a work visa. Another way is to get a degree here first
and then get a job. If you are from Canada/Mexico, you can also go the
TN visa route

Since I am not a lawyer, you should do some research online and maybe
talk to someone that has expertise in this area.
