hey Ajay,

The ospf PollInterval only kicks in when a neighbor is declared "Dead"
on an NMBA network.

On NBMA network type, the regular Hello Interval is 30secs default
and the Dead Interval is 120secs default. If a neighbor has not
replied a Hello paacket after the Dead Interval (120 secs), it is
declared down isnt it? It is only then that the Poll Interval kicks
into operation. The neighbor will now be polled every 120secs by
default until it comes back up.
