Hi Charles,
To concur with what Paul Dardinski mentioned earlier (I also live in DC),
$90/hour would be cheap for the DC area for a 6 month project (I think LA
would be somewhat close to DC in terms of cost-of-living). But like Brad
Ellis mentioned, depends on the project.
