Just to take Blaine's solution 2. futher you might want to ensure per packet
based LB btw the L3 switch and the 2 ADSL routers i not used. As there could
be a potential problem of return traffic from the Internet not finding its way
back to the appropriate ADSL router that created a NAT translation for the
flow.
