I have a 3550-24 with EMI and a 3550-12T with EMI and other than having to change port numbers when you do your labs (only 12 ports, so not everything will match up) it works great.
No problems and works fine.

Subject: 3550-24EMI vs 3550-12T
Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the 3550-24EMI & 3550-12T switches run the same code & features ?
I'm trying to add two more switches to my ccie rack (currently got 2x3550-24EMI's) and can get hold of some 3550-12T's cheaply.
Is this a good idea, short of buying 3560's :-) ?
Or is there something special that I don't know about 3550-T's ?
Thanks, Thomas
