That's not spec though for link-local addresses, but if it works for you,
then it works!

I personally try and include the VLAN/subnet as well. Makes it nice and
easy to identify addresses

So the recommendation is to force all the interfaces on the same router to
have the same link-local address. For example:

ipv6 add FE80::1 link-local
int fa0/0
ipv6 add FE80::1 link-local
int fa0/1
