I agree with Tony. I personally would do two reloads, one right after
you are done with all the routing protocols and one one hour before lab
ends. There are things that might stop working after the router is
rebooted (e.g. virtualy link in OSPF won't go down). Also, even though
the protor might not reboot your routers, there might be power failures
in the lab. The reload would take a couple of minutes anyways so it is
not gonna cost you too much time

Not only is reloading the equipment a good practice, it is a must!!
There are a wide variety of behaviors that may change after a reload.
Always reload and do your final checks.
