If last question is BGP, when do you challenge BGP question?

I think that order is switching, FR, IGP, BGP...
Is it better that BGP challenges after IGP?

When assume that BGP is the last,
security question like a filtering has already solved.
therefore, I need reconfigure filtering for tcp packets of BGP.

What are you doing about that?
