I'd suggest talking to the proctor the morning of your exam. While the
lobbies of any building are open, the cafeteria is not as I recall... The
cafeteria is in building D (right next door to the lab building), but I
would think the proctor would have the best answer on whether to have her
meet you in Building C's lobby or at the outside eating table area on the
left-side of Building D (that's the door you'll go in to eat anyway).
Bring your cell phone to the lab, ask the proctor, call your wife, then turn
off your phone and let the proctor hold on to it for you! :)
