Route filtering using Extended ACL

 Hello All,

I would like to know if route filtering can be done using Ext numbered
ACL for RIP v2. It doesn't give the route-map option at all for rip
distribute-list.

I have done all of my testing using 12.4(13) release.

For EIGRP / OSPF I can get route filtering work if the Ext numbered ACL
is called by a route-map and if I use route-map with distribute-list.

With BGP Ext ACL based route filtering works just fine with
distribute-list (donot have to call the Ext ACL through a route-map)

Also has anyone successfully used Ext ACL directly on a distribute-list
and can get route filtering work?
