These terms are intertwined and they will be referred to slightly
differently in ASA8.0 code

WebVPN refers to *clientless* access with port forwarding. New ASA8.0 will
allow Winsock2 port forwarding.

SSL VPN can also refer to WebVPN, but it probably assumes an SVC (or
Anyconnect in 8.0) - SSL VPN Client, it's a small client that ASA will push
to the client (or the client might have it preinstalled) and it gives you
complete access to the network as if you were using regular IPSEC Cisco VPN
Client, but instead the traffic is tunneled inside SSL/TLS
