Darby,
Hi! No, there isn't such a program that exists (or at least none that I
have ever been aware of). This is the reason we started our new executive
on-line CCIE program. It's taught in semesters, similar to that of a
college.
There are some networking academy programs which cover CCNA and even CCNP at
colleges - but that's where they end. I think I have even seen a college
that covers the CCIE RS written in a semester, but I haven't received any
feedback on it.
