ip dhcp client hostname ROUTER3 will effect after ip address dhcp ...., so
it will override ip address dhcp.

VwLb: DHCP client question
Hi All,
This is related to getting an ip address on an ethernet interface
from a DHCP server.
From the DocCD:
Option 12This option specifies the name
of the client. The name may or may not be qualified with the local domain.
Commands to enable option 12?:
ip dhcp client hostname ROUTER3
vs
ip address
dhcp hostname ROUTER3
It looks like these commands overwrite each other on
an interface.
I do not understand if they are achiving the same result or
not, can anyone help?
Best Regards,
Sydney
