According to what I have heard from Cisco Press (they have plenty of
contacts in the Cert Group at Cisco), the new exam will be ready at the
beginning of May.

Based on this information - you should study the 3.0 Blueprint.

As an insurance plan - you should probably study the topics that are on
BOTH blueprints first.
