Thank you for pointing out my incredibly obvious oversight! When I tested
with transit packets, it behaved just as documented. I had to disable
route-cache and route-cache CEF on the ingress interface. I suppose you
could just disable CEF globally, then just disable fast switching on the
ingress interface.
I'm going to battle today at San Jose. Maybe this is the single bit of
information that'll finally pass me.
