Ok - then were do you put the broadcast statement, or does it just have
to be one of the frame maps for IPV6?

IPv6 does not use broadcasts at all, relying only on the use of
multicast addresses (e.g.
FF02::1 is basically the same as 255.255.255.255 for IPv4). The
"broadcast" FR mapping
keyword is required only for multicast support.
