Thanks! That's good advice...

I think through this experience I have discovered that I have an "arrogance"
problem. That is, because I am confident with configuring the router, I
think I know what I'm doing (and I know more than the test) rather than just
doing what I should be doing and configure what is asked.

Confidence = good, Arrogance = bad.

So perhaps failing the first attempt is a good thing. It definitely knocked
me down a few pegs. Now maybe I might actually learn something.

Who knows...

Again, thank you all for the encouragement and great advice...and even for
