RE: Passed R/S at 22.March

According to the "rules" the person who's number is tied to the organization
is supposed to be employed full-time by the organization.

However, that all depends on the auditor who's looking at things. There are
LOTS of people who do this though, so it's certainly not a novel concept.
:)

What I would suggest to anyone who wants to go down this path is that there
is a clearly spelled out exit point (e.g. after the two months he wants to
pay you for, what happens if they don't have their CCIE person?). If you
want to use your number again elsewhere, freeing it up without a contract in
place for who is in charge of the association, things can get pretty ugly.

Otherwise, have fun!

Can senior members shed some light on this offer and ethic/moral values of
this offer?

Best Regards,

Guys, i am the Advanced Services Manager for Openlink, CA. (www.oplk.com) we
are geographically located in south america, Venezuela.
Actually we are in the Cisco Gold Certificacion Audit Process, in fact we
passed the audit with no Action Item at all, but now, one of the ccie's
broke the contract he had we us and took himself out of our profile.
Now, Cisco is just giving me hours to get a new CCIE in order to complete
and inmediately approve de certification. in deed we must be GOLD PARTNER
before going to the partner summit, las vegas next week.

my concern is if one of you guys, who passed the CCIE is interested in get
&1,500.00 monthly, for two month, in order to help me and my company to
complete this process.
if so, please write me back to caranguren@oplk.com to take over this ASAP.

Very best regards for you all!

Sincerelly,
Carlos Aranguren M.
Advanced Services Director
