Don't think this can be done. An snmp trap does not invoke logging to
any syslog destination. So probably the snmp authentication failure
does not generate a syslog message to start with. You can only do the
reverse (send syslog as snmp trap):

snmp-server enable traps syslog
        Enables the sending of system logging messages via SNMP.
