auto-rp priority

I have been struggling with this for quite some time. If I want to use auto-rp to provide a primary/backup RP (so no load-balancing with msdp) AND I want the RP with the lowest IP address to be preferred, is this possible? I want to advertise exactly the same group/prefix on both of the RP's and use the same scope on both of the RP's. I do not want to use static or static-override.

Any ideas if this can be done?
