No i don't

Rack1R3#sh fram map
Serial0/1/0 (up): ip 183.1.123.1 dlci 302(0x12E,0x48E0), static,
              CISCO, status defined, active
Serial0/1/0 (up): ip 183.1.123.2 dlci 302(0x12E,0x48E0), static,
              broadcast,
              CISCO, status defined, active
Serial0/1/1 (up): ip 183.1.0.4 dlci 315(0x13B,0x4CB0), static,
              CISCO, status defined, active
Serial0/1/1 (up): ip 183.1.0.5 dlci 315(0x13B,0x4CB0), static,
              broadcast,
              CISCO, status defined, active

inverse arp is desiabled, but i don't think i need this on R3 since there are two physical interfaces

interface Serial0/1/1
 ip address 183.1.0.3 255.255.255.0
 ip pim sparse-dense-mode
 encapsulation frame-relay
 ip ospf network broadcast
 ip ospf dead-interval minimal hello-multiplier 3
 ip ospf priority 0
 frame-relay map ip 183.1.0.4 315
 frame-relay map ip 183.1.0.5 315 broadcast
 no frame-relay inverse-arp

Check the 'show frame map' in R3. I bet you have some mappings from R2 on
S1/1

You need to disable inverse-arp for that DLCI.
