 Brian,

I was agreeing with you that there are many ways to configure a task and we
should all know the 64000 ways to configure them, but i NEVER said you
should only know the simplest method. I actually think and recommend that
students know the many ways to configure a given task, but i recommend that
they should use the simplest solution and negotiate upwards to the 007 style
configuration, versus, using the 007 style configuration and negotiate down
to the simplest configuration.

But I never said that you should only know the simple method. I am sorry
that you took it the wrong way. But i think we can all agree that when you
and/or other people show different ways to accomplish a given task, we all
learn, and it is extremely helpful and it opens everyone's eyes to different
angle/s and perspectives.

Believe it or not mate, we all have a lot to learn, I think the more we
learn, the more we know how little we know, it's just never ending.

Once again i have nothing to prove and it was not a put down, and I
apologies if it came across that way, I am NOT made that way.
I tell you what mate, i will have a coffee and relax, is that OK?
