Ivan,How are you#!

I'am not very familar with "ip source binding" command. Ivan, can you explain a little bit more detailed about this command. Thank you.
Does this command can work with "port-security" to check against both ip address and mac-address on one single interface?

For example, if i configure it as follows:
   interface fa0/1
    switchport port-security
    switchport port-security mac-address 1234.1234.1234
   ip source binding 1234.1234.1234 vlan 5 10.10.10.1 interface fa0/1
