Simple question about OSPF

Hi group,

    I'am just wondering that do we need to specify DR,BDR on a broadcast OSPF area by using priority when there is no specific requirements about it in the real test. Because i do know by doing specifing DR, BDR, it is more stable solution,isn't it? Do i need it?
