Gobind,

I think MS ISA Server or MS RRAS are best Solution, again if you don't
need to run the 'black box'. I think MS ISA has some upper-hand due to
its proxy skills.

He is saying that you can use any technology or router in between the
switch,but:-

He wants to Browse 192.168.0.1 host on Floor 2 from a host 192.168.0.1
