R4 is experiencing a spam attack. An alarm should only be generated if the spam attack has more than 500 recipients in a mail message.

R4 is 2621XM (version 12.4(12)), It seems not to support "ip audit smtp spam" to restrict the mail number.
My question is how to use CBAC or other method (ip ips?) to reach this target?
