Not so many in a healthy network. And it's good to know STP changes occur,
it means you probably had a problem and you should know why it happened. But
I still don't have the command reference. I only know it's available on the
3550, 3560, 3750 and 4500...

I guess the reason not many people use this command is because it generates
a lot of status messages due to the STP changes that happens from time to
time! Especially in a large switch networks, STP changes very often.
