But I am scared of doing unnumbered tunnel address in OSPF domain.

The unnumbered IP address is included in OSPF process and causes route flapping.

But I am scared of jumping right in to "router mobile" command.

I don't know how those "router mobile" code think.

I need to make my regular GRE emulate IP mobility before I use the
friendly interface of "router mobile".
