It would helpful if you pasted out put of ipconfig/all and route print.
So we can know more from your system's IP and routing information.
Normally, such case could caused by VPN connection changed your system's
default gateway and you laptop located in different subnet.

Subject: RDP with VPN
Hi All,
I am facing a problem which I would like to share. I have got an access
to a
Cisco rack but I have access it after
doing a VPN from my Desktop.
Now, I have a laptop which is on the same network. I want to RDP to my
Desktop and then do the VPN to my rack
in a different location.
But, the moment I get VPN connected, I loose my RDP as all VPN doesn't
have
split tunnel.
I guess its not possible but is there any work around in which I can
stay
connected after VPN connected?
Regards,
S B
