RDP with VPN

Hi All,

I am facing a problem which I would like to share. I have got an access to a
Cisco rack but I have access it after
doing a VPN from my Desktop.

Now, I have a laptop which is on the same network. I want to RDP to my
Desktop and then do the VPN to my rack
in a different location.

But, the moment I get VPN connected, I loose my RDP as all VPN doesn't have
split tunnel.

I guess its not possible but is there any work around in which I can stay
connected after VPN connected?
